WHAT WEIGHT SHOULD I PICK FOR MY WEIGHTED LAP PILLOW?
There is no research on what weight would be most suitable. We recommend a weight up to 10% of the body weight same as the weighted blanket. Weighted lap pillow is used for shorter and often in situations requiring faster effect. They are easy to put on and off and the user can express how long lap pillow should be used.
If you plan to purchase more than one weighted lap pillow and you use it for a larger group of users then it is a good idea to take a few different weights and perhaps colour combinations.
FABRIC TYPE SPEC
This specific cotton has a high count of 270-280gsm. It is sturdy but gets very soft when in use. Minky plush fabric is also high grade and it is soft and pleasure to touch. Both fabric type are durable and it is Oeko-Tex certified.
Cotton is breathable so it regulates the body temperature better. It is recommended for warmer seasons and for people who do not like getting hot.
