Glass granules- are recommended for light sleepers. It resembles the feel and sound of the sand.

Natural Gravel- perfect for those who are environmentally conscious Lightly bumpy texture adds tactile input and is beneficial for sensory-seeking users.

SIZE

It is an individual choice and decision however there are few aspects you should consider. If you plan to sleep under the blanket (strongly recommended) then pick the size comfortable for sleeping and similar to the size of your duvet. Make sure the blanket is not bigger than your mattress to avoid constant correction. Also, add extra kilograms when opting for a blanket in a larger size.

WEIGHT

The general rule is 10% of the body weight. If the blanket is smaller or bigger than the shape of your body then you need to add or remove the weight to keep the right ratio. However, it is a very individual decision based on many factors like age, height, weight and condition/reason for purchase.
